When I went back to Mexico

Like I said on my last post, I am catching up and I'm working on getting posts back up. Since I figured out how to add pictures to my posts, I decided to go back and post my Mexico trip, then I'll add some other trips I've been taking.

As I want to continue the purpose of Spread Ideas, Move People, I think I should still share my passion of photography. I'm still figuring the schedule for this and how to fulfill the purpose, while that happens why not keep posting. Photos are still taken through my lens and I figured they're better shared than tucked away in my storage.

Here's Mexico City. One of the most populated cities in the world. Where I grew up.

This is the Guadalupe Cathedral. Millions of people visit it every year. Beautiful serene place.

Then my dad and brother went to explore the city and eat. We came across a restaurant that had a Festival del Chile we all got to enjoy amazing food. No food pics here though.

Because we all have wings to fly, we only have to believe we do.

ChapultepecAn amazing place. Full of history and scenery. We made it to the Museo Rufino TamayoDid you know that Mexico City is the city with the most museums in the world

Also, the Museo Rufino Tamayo has a beautiful cafe and we decided to eat lunch there.

Let's not forget the people that work hard every day to make it through. Mexico City is also a place where a lot of indigenous people come to to make a living. A lot of times they create amazing hand made items and sell them on the street or the women take jobs cleaning houses and/or nannying.

Beautiful place. Full of history, memories and love. Visiting again reminded me of where I'm from and to never forget my upbringings.

Do you ever visit the place where you grew up?
